Install your eSIM first
Connect when you arrive
All you need is your order email, a stable Wi-Fi connection and an eSIM-capable phone. Do not delete the eSIM once it has been installed.
From your order to your eSIM
- 01Open the payment confirmation email
You can open the order page on the web right after payment, or use the Manage eSIM button in the confirmation email.
- 02Confirm issuance
On the order page, click Confirm issuance. esimuni only starts preparing the eSIM after this click, never automatically.
- 03You can leave the page
Preparation usually takes about a minute, sometimes longer. You can leave the page and wait for the QR email instead.
- 04Open the eSIM-ready email
It leads to your eSIM page: scan or download the QR, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code to install manually.
Note: The QR is for installing the eSIM, not for payment. Do not share the QR, SM-DP+ address, activation code or order link with anyone.
Set yourself up for a smooth installation
- Stable Wi-FiYour phone needs internet to download the eSIM profile.
- eSIM-capable deviceThe device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked.
- QR code on another screenIf you only have one phone, use the manual installation details instead.
When should I install?Install close to your departure date. When the plan starts being counted depends on the product — check the details in your order.
Install manually
Open your order to see the exact details issued for your eSIM.
Enter the full value from your order exactly if the device supports manual installation.
Only enter the APN if your order states it. Do not guess or copy it from another plan.
Check these before contacting support
- The newly installed eSIM is turned on and selected for Mobile Data.
- Data Roaming is turned on for the newly installed eSIM.
- Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off; wait another 1–3 minutes.
- If there is still no signal, restart your phone once.
Do not delete the eSIM. When contacting support, include your order number, phone model and screenshots of the error; never post the QR code or activation code publicly.
