Available methods are shown directly at checkout. Depending on your device, country and payment processor, some options may not appear.

• Bank QR code: scan the QR code with your banking or e-wallet app
• International cards: pay with an international credit or debit card.
• Payment via the onepay payment gateway (for Vietnamese) and the paypal payment gateway (for English).

• choose an eSIM plan (pick the destination, number of days and data allowance that suit you).
• Review your order (check the plan, the email for eSIM delivery and the total amount to pay).
• Pay online (choose an available method and complete the transaction on the secure interface).
• Receive confirmation (esimuni sends a confirmation email with the order management link once payment is recorded)
• Confirm issuance (when you are close to your usage date, press “Confirm issuance”. Generating the QR code usually takes about 30–60 seconds).
• Receive and install your eSIM (the QR code appears in the My eSIM page and is sent to your registered email).

An order is only confirmed when esimuni receives a successful payment result from the processor. The completion screen and the confirmation email are the customer's basis for checking order status.

Refunds are made in the cases defined in the return and refund policy and the service termination policy.

Once a refund is approved, esimuni will refund by an appropriate method within 20 business days from the date the eligibility is confirmed.

For payments made via bank transfer or QR code, the time for the money to actually reach the customer's account may depend on the bank or the intermediary payment provider.

Esimuni commits to applying appropriate measures to protect payment and customer information in accordance with current law.

esimuni never asks customers to provide passwords, OTP codes or similar security information through unofficial channels.

Customers are responsible for checking the receiving account details carefully before making a bank transfer.
