Esimuni.com provides global-coverage eSIMs on an online platform, through the website and the features integrated into the system.

Users can access the platform from any device with an Internet connection and a compatible web browser to register an account, create a profile, post information, search and perform the other functions provided by Esimuni.com.

Esimuni.com has not yet introduced user accounts. Currently, Esimuni.com does not limit the number of devices a user may use to access the account.

Esimuni.com may temporarily restrict access when it detects unusual access patterns that could affect the security of the system.

eSIM buyers can use the main features as follows:

• Access and view information about eSIMs for various countries;
• Choose the eSIM plan that fits your needs (by geography, number of days, data allowance, number of eSIMs, etc.);
• Pay online via international payment, domestic cards or QR codes;
• Enter the email address to receive eSIM information;

These features are used in accordance with the instructions shown on the platform, the Operating Regulations, the Privacy Policy and Esimuni.com's other policies.

To ensure safety, stability and service quality, Esimuni.com may apply limits or controls to:

• The frequency of actions performed on the platform;
• The number of access or connection requests within a period of time;
• Behavior showing signs of spam, automation tools or actions that affect the system.

Esimuni.com may temporarily restrict access when it detects violations of the Operating Regulations, the Privacy Policy or the law, or conduct that affects the safety, security and normal operation of the platform.

The service is provided online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance, upgrades, technical incident handling or force majeure events.

Where possible, Esimuni.com will announce scheduled maintenance or service interruptions through appropriate channels on the platform.

Currently, Esimuni.com does not provide services on a pre-order, use-later basis at a service location. Accordingly, the conditions on place of use, usage period at the location, changes, cancellations and related costs for that model do not apply.
